Sanjeev’s core expertise is in client servicing, contract negotiations, preparation of pre-design documents, zoning & planning issues, cost estimating & budget preparation, tracking project performance and monitoring the team dynamics.
In addition to having multiple residential projects against their names, S M Architects have designed various commercial and industrial projects in and around Mumbai - the Indian Express, Sandoz and Clarient are some notable clients.
